I had a beautiful stay at the hotel, even though we faced challenges with our reservation and the long wait. The rooms were gorgeous and very spacious, but there were some missing light bulbs that could have been addressed. The location was great for family time, being close to downtown yet quiet. Overall, my experience was enjoyable despite a few hiccups in the beginning.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, it's right on the beach and the staff in the hallways were friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was quite a letdown, and I faced issues with the air conditioning. It was a disappointing stay, especially considering the price.
